Prosper 1 Floors™  is a concrete coating company that specializes on providing unique, durable flooring options for home owners businesses. We were born out of the lack professionalism and reliable flooring solutions in New Mexico. 

Our mission and pride is based on customer satisfaction, attention to detail and we strongly believe in treating each job like its our very own. Installations are a piece of art, and we take pride in our attention to detail. 

We have high end expectations from our clients and we are searching for the right person to fit in our culture. It revolves around strict professionalism, respectful and high positive attitude. Must be flexible with rapid schedule changes and able to work around customers needs.  Candidate must be drug free, have no criminal background and have own transportation to Prosper1 office.  

 Job Duties:

  • Driving truck to job site  
  • Client introduction of installation process
  • Prepare concrete surface using propane machines 
  • Hand grind edges and prepare for coatings
  • Mix chemical for base installation 
  • Broadcast flake and or apply reflector epoxy coat
  • Check out with customer and supervisor 
  • Drop off truck and do full inspection 

If you fit the box, we would love to meet you! Flooring experience is desired, but training is provided if you have none.

Ideal candidate must possess the following:

  • Sales experience

  • Maintain professional appearance 
  • Ability to work with calendars / sheets
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate client
  • Epoxy / concrete experience (not required)

Prosper 1 will provide training and sales material necessary to make professional presentations and sales. Leads are internally provided but must have strong desire to persuade organic sales. The product sells itself, we just need someone to present options with exceptional people skills. Oh, did we mention? Candidate MUST LIKE MONEY. We will give you the tools, but this an eat what you kill type job. We offer a base with commission. If you think you are able to convey your message, listen to their needs, and provide a solution, we want to talk to you!

Job Duties:

  • Accurately record all financial transactions in QuickBooks accounting system and maintain meticulous records/source documents for multiple entities (including AR and AP)
  •  Review monthly reconciliations for multiple bank and investment accounts.
  •  Reconcile multiple vendor accounts.
  • Create and update spreadsheets for record keeping as needed.
  • Have a working knowledge of organizational and program budgets and correctly assign income and expenses by classes and accounts.
  • Responsible for assisting with monthly close for multiple entities (including prepaid and accrual accounts).
  • Maintain accuracy of submitted timesheets.
  • Process payroll and responsible for filing and paying payroll taxes.

More duties may be assigned depending on experience and demand.
